Yoga

Mindfulness based Yoga, is the foundation of The Soulful Nook Yoga teachings.

 

Both Yoga and Mindfulness can be doorways to noticing our relationship with mind and body - helping to gently and compassionately support and guide you back to self.

 

We specialise in Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, Long Slow Deep Yoga and Yoga for the Subtle Body.

Long Slow Deep Yoga Feature Class

This 2 hour sequence was adapted from the teachings of Brian Kest, taught to me by my teacher Tammy Williams, and would soon become the practice that I leant on the most during some of the most challenging times on my healing journey.

I can't wait to share this beautiful sequence with you.

Events

We love an event & bringing people together through Yoga, Energy Healing, Mindfulness and Circle.

 

Whether it's a combination of these or stand alone, we create events that feel important to the collective at the time.

Personalised Women’s Group Events

We also welcome private events such as birthdays, hens, sporting teams, workplaces etc.

 

We will work with you to come up with a personalised event that aligns with your unique needs.
