Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or participating in any services offered by The Soulful Nook, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
 

2. Services

The Soulful Nook offers a range of services including:

  • Akashic Record Clearings: Sessions to access and clear energetic blockages from your Akashic Records.

  • Intuitive Energy Healings/Soul Sessions: Sessions to access and clear your light grid and energetic field.

  • Space Clearings: Energetic cleansing of homes, offices, and other spaces.

  • Yoga Sessions: Group or private yoga classes.

  • Women's Circles: Group gatherings for women to connect, share, and grow.
     

3. Service Delivery

  • Online Services: Online services may be conducted via video conferencing platforms.

  • Studio Services: Services may be conducted at The Soulful Nook studio in Townsville, Queensland.

  • In-Home Services: Services may be conducted at the client's residence.
     

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time for appointments.

  • Communication: Clients are responsible for providing any necessary information and communicating any changes or cancellations.

  • Respect: Clients are expected to treat The Soulful Nook and its practitioners with respect and consideration.

  • Health and injury clearance: Clients are expected to have full medical clearance (whether it be, and not limited too - mental, emotional, physical or any combination of these) by their medical practitioner to participate in any service conducted by The Soulful Nook.
     

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: No-shows may be subject to a full service fee.

 

6. General Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of the services offered, refunds are generally not provided. 

  • Exceptions for Service Cancellation: If The Soulful Nook cancels a scheduled service, a full refund will be issued.

  • Exceptions for Extreme Circumstances: In rare cases of extreme circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. This will be at our discretion. â€‹
     

7. Disclaimer

The Soulful Nook services are for relaxation and personal growth purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

The Soulful Nook is not liable for any damages or injuries arising from the use of its services.
 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
